Losing a Loved One

My neighbour, Gurpreet (name changed) was devastated when she lost her father. He had not been keeping well. She was travelling at that time, wrapping up quickly to get back home to be with him. But he passed away the day before she arrived. She was shattered and guilt ridden. She felt she couldn’t do enough to take care of him and missed him terribly.

Gurpreet had created a lot of turbulence in her family she said, when she decided to marry outside of her Sikh community. Her father went through a very difficult time because of her decision. He had to leave the jointly held business and start another business all over again. However with time her family gradually came to terms and accepted her husband. But nothing had prepared her to let go of her dad without at least a proper goodbye.

It’s been 5 years and she still had not resolved and closed this chapter. When she heard about my QHHT work she asked me if she would be able to meet and talk to her father’s soul. I said yes, if he was willing he would communicate with her. Sometimes the higher self also says, no, the soul cannot come but is sending love. Yet when the time is right “they”(souls from the other side) make the session materialize! It’s like orchestrating from the other side. Perhaps that is what happened.

During her session Gurpreet took a long journey through different past life times. When we came to the higher-self part, I asked if she could communicate with her father’s soul. They said, “Yes, he is here, waiting!”

“Okay, let them meet and when they are done, let me know.” I said.

There was silence, and tears and smiles…

Later when she woke up she said that they both hugged each other. She asked him why he left when she was away. He said he couldn’t have left if she was still around, and it was his moment to go. So he had to find a time when she was not there. Then he kissed her forehead, smiled and said, Don’t forget to take care of my wife!”

She had no words to say. Hugged me tight and left.
