Marijuana – just one time

My client, Ajay, a 30, works in advertising. He has been very depressed and disturbed for couple of years. He takes a vodka shot every night to get some sleep. I insist on having no alcohol the day before the QHHT session. He can’t let go of it even for a day.

Five years ago a school friend got him a “packet”. He could not remember anything that followed after he consumed marijuana on that fateful day. His memory was totally wiped out about the sequence of the event that led to his smoking. Except that he remembered feeling disturbed and heavy since then. He has been under psychiatric treatment.

He wanted to discover what happened that day. He was curious to see if he could recover the memory of that incident and heal from the heaviness he felt all the time.

I knew he would be able to discover the details of the missing event in the trance once he learned to relax. So we went ahead.

Ajay descended into that very day on 2013. It was Janmasthami. He woke up in the morning looking for the “stuff” his friend had left behind. He found it in his closet. He rolled it carefully and smoked. After a while he felt very uneasy. He went out for a walk and called his friend who got him the stuff. He came back home and asked another friend to help him out and take him to the hospital, but the friend asked him to go back to sleep.

One by one everything kept coming back. He realized that when he puffed marijuana he got a panic attack- because that was an auspicious day of Janmasthami. He felt he had made a BIG blunder. That made him feel like a sinner. It was Lord Krishna’s day, celebrated as a sacred event. His folks worshipped the lord and somewhere instilled very strong values of right and wrong. “Paapi hoon mein” echoed from within!

His belief system could not excuse his behavior. He needed to punish himself. And hence it took form of panic attack, of course unconsciously.

I told him the Lord was present during the session and could see Him standing. Ajay did not doubt. Later when he woke up he told me that he saw Lord Krishna in the room and he knelt before him. He received a deep blessing in his heart – so much love and acceptance! That moment he felt the Lord had forgiven him for his “wrong-doing” and it was okay. Also made him understand that it was time for him to let go and not punish himself any more. He could unchain himself from misery.

Lot of people ask me, “So they get completely over with a wrong habit?”

Well, the session makes them become lighter and gives them a choice. I also reiterate that when you don’t have a very strong will power and determination to bring change from within, then at least choose an environment that would support your new way of life. And bring them to list those choices.
